# SheetRip

SheetRip is a DTF gang sheet and transfer front end running on the Rail-Works standard. Preflight before you pay, a job record that survives the sheet being cut, and a floor board on the node that prints it.

## Status
- **Preflight** — Reads 64 bytes of the file header and returns a measured verdict. A 200MB file never moves to find out it would print soft. (`LIVE`)
- **The job record** — D1. Every job carries its size, its measured DPI, its node and its receipt. (`LIVE`)
- **The three nodes** — Riverside CA · Henderson NV · Rapid City SD. Capabilities and capacity, not ownership. (`LIVE`)
- **The claim** — One strongly-consistent update with a 30-minute lease. Two nodes cannot both win the same job — tested, the second is refused. (`PROVEN`)
- **Gang packing** — 24 order lines to 132 transfers to 21 sheets at 77% mean coverage, with a pick manifest row on every piece. (`PROVEN`)
- **Upload** — Preflight runs before upload, so nothing is blocked. Storage is Drive today; R2 when a stranger's browser needs to PUT a large file. (`None`)
- **Checkout** — Nothing here takes money. Internal tool across three of our own locations — release-to-floor is a button, not a payment. (`NOT YET`)
- **Render + transport** — A 22.5x36 sheet at 300 DPI is 292MB — it renders on the node that prints it, never at the edge. Not built. (`NOT YET`)
